Our Work

Operations supports Enactus Munich’s existing projects as they grow from early ideas into structured, impactful startups. We work closely with teams throughout the semester, offering guidance, feedback, and the right support at the right time. At the same time, we help connect projects with the wider initiative by linking them to relevant people, resources, and opportunities within Enactus Munich.

What we do...

We act as an internal support and consulting team for our projects. This includes helping teams tackle challenges, organizing workshops, connecting them with relevant experts, and creating structure through regular feedback and semester audits.

Operations is for people who like to think strategically, challenge ideas, and work closely with different teams to help projects grow. It is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in consulting, project development, and workshop facilitation while contributing to meaningful impact.
